Ground reinforcement method "Q Pile (SRP Method / SRP Raft Method)"

Obtaining architectural technical performance certification from a third-party organization! Method using square precast concrete column piles.

The "Q Pile (SRP Method / SRP Raft Method)" is a ground reinforcement method that utilizes square precast RC column materials as ground reinforcement materials. Due to the simple shape of the square precast RC column materials, manufacturing costs are low, and everything is compact, making handling easy, which results in overall low costs. By simply installing them, the bearing capacity at the head can be easily measured, and the bearing capacity of all piles installed on-site can be determined. The small-diameter piles are installed using a press-in method, resulting in low noise and low vibration. 【Features】 ○ Reliability → Obtained building technology performance certification from a third-party organization ○ Space-saving → Materials are delivered by small trucks (2t to 4t), and the delivery vehicle quickly transforms into construction machinery ○ High quality → Achieved high quality through thorough inspection ○ Installation using a dedicated driving machine or a truck-mounted pile driver For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Pure Pile: Pile Foundation Reinforcement Method for Detached Houses

Without loosening the ground, fast and reliable construction is possible! Suitable for foundations of single-family homes and small-scale structures.

"Pure Pile" is a ground reinforcement method that constructs high-quality cement milk columns underground without soil contamination by pulling out a rod while discharging cement milk. Unlike ground improvement methods that mix soil and cement milk, it allows for the construction of high-strength and high-quality columns even in humus and clay layers. We have over 50,000 construction achievements, primarily for single-family homes. 【Features】 ■ Does not depend on soil type ■ Easy construction management ■ Minimal residual soil ■ Cost-effective method *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Ground reinforcement construction [Performance certification method] RES-P method

Strengthening weak ground to protect the safety of homes.

The RES-P method is a type of piled raft foundation method. It involves driving pipes (thin steel tubes) into weak ground, strengthening the ground through the combined effect of the ground and the pipes to prevent settlement, and is a foundation reinforcement method for residential buildings.

[Information] Introduction to the SEP Method

Reinforcement of pile foundations using cement milk columnar reinforcement! We also introduce photos of construction examples.

In this document, we introduce the "SEP Method." As a quick reference for bearing capacity, we provide the end bearing capacities for four types of pile diameters: φ200, 250, 300, and 350 mm, as well as the frictional resistance per meter of the pile surface. Additionally, we include photographs of load tests, the extraction of piles, and construction examples. We encourage you to read it. [Contents] ■ End Bearing Capacity ■ Frictional Resistance per Meter of Pile Surface ■ Load Tests ■ Extracted Piles ■ Construction Example 1 ■ Construction Example 2 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Ground reinforcement construction [Performance certification method] DM method

Pile-type ground reinforcement method using small-diameter steel pipes with tip wings.

High-performance steel pipes are equipped with tip wings that are 3.0 times and 3.5 times the diameter of the steel pipe at the tip, suitable for clayey and sandy ground with equivalent N values of 5 to 15. Design using the equivalent N values from the SWS test (screw weight penetration test) is possible.

Piled Ground Reinforcement Method "Σ-i Sigma-I"

Advanced piles protect buildings! Ground reinforcement for small-scale structures.

The "Σ-i Method" is a ground reinforcement technique for small-scale buildings such as houses, which involves driving a pile equipped with four cutting blades and a spiral wing at the tip into the ground while rotating. This method consolidates all necessary elements for ground reinforcement, ensuring high pile performance, reliability and safety during construction, as well as consideration for the environment and neighboring areas. Due to the high penetration thrust generated by the shape of the tip wings, it allows for the use of compact construction machinery, enabling construction without being affected by narrow sites or adjacent environments. 【Features】 ○ Reliable bearing capacity - The wing section attached to the tip of the pile can achieve a bearing capacity that is 2.5 to 4.0 times larger than the diameter of the steel pipe shaft. ○ Adaptable to various ground conditions - Suitable for all types of ground, including sandy, gravelly, and clayey soils, making it a highly versatile ground reinforcement method. ○ Environmental consideration - The rotational penetration construction minimizes vibration and noise, and there is no generation of excavated soil during construction. ○ High construction performance - The spiral wing section, molded integrally with the four cutting blades, can easily penetrate hard supporting layer ground. ○ Consistent management system *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Ground reinforcement method "SEP method"

A simple construction method that replaces cement milk! It is not affected by soil quality.

The "SEP method" is a pile-type ground reinforcement technique aimed at small-scale structures. A soil-extraction suppression screw device is rotated and pressed into the ground, and after reaching a predetermined depth, cement milk mixed with SES is injected while pulling up the drilling rod, thereby constructing a replacement column. The pile diameter can be selected from φ200mm to 350mm, providing significant bearing capacity, and the applicable ground conditions range from sandy soil to clayey soil at depths of 1.5m to 10m. 【Features】 ■ Simple construction ■ Provides stability in quality ■ Gives significant bearing capacity to the foundation *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Ground reinforcement method "Fine Pile Method Civ"

Mechanical stirring technology + scientific stirring technology! Born from a new idea to ensure stable strength and homogeneity.

The "Fine Pile Method Civ" is a construction technology that forms an improved body in the ground using a completely different mixing technology from conventional methods, ensuring stable strength and homogeneity, and has obtained construction technology review certification. It employs mechanical mixing technology that cuts soil clumps and clay using anti-rotation wings, along with chemical mixing technology that reduces the viscosity of soil-cement slurry. It can be constructed with an improvement diameter of φ1500mm and an improvement length of up to 18m, making it applicable to a wide range of small to medium-sized buildings, while reducing variability in strength development. 【Features】 ■ Improvement diameter and length suitable for medium-sized buildings and structures ■ Ability to reduce variability in strength development ■ Improved fluidity of soil-cement slurry and cement slurry ■ Safe as it primarily consists of substances designated as food additives ■ Does not affect strength or shrinkage rate after solidification *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Ground Improvement in Kyoto Prefecture: Ground Reinforcement Method 'Woody Force Method'

Applicable to sandy and clayey soil in the Kyoto area! This is an ecological and environmentally friendly method that utilizes small-diameter thinned timber as ground reinforcement material for houses!

The Woody Force method is a ground reinforcement technique aimed at small-scale buildings, utilizing unused thinned wood. This method uses thin-diameter thinned wood from "sugi" (cedar) or "hinoki" (cypress), which is somewhat too slender for use as house pillars and has been largely underutilized, as ground reinforcement material for houses, making it eco-friendly. By applying anti-corrosion and anti-termite treatment that complies with AQ certification (certification for quality wood building materials, etc.) B-3 (outdoor product components) to the wood used as ground reinforcement material, we aim to further enhance durability. 【Features】 ■ CO2 Reduction - Does not use cement or steel, which emit large amounts of CO2 during the manufacturing process - Contributes to energy conservation and reduction of greenhouse gases ■ Durability - By applying anti-corrosion and anti-termite treatment that complies with AQ certification B-3 to the wood used as ground reinforcement material, we aim to further enhance durability. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
